and bring the fight to them! Today, we are cancellin’ the apocalypse!”
Last Christmas I gave you my heart,
And you immediately gave it back and said something about that being “really gross” and “scientifically impossible.”
Sorry you can’t appreciate a gift.
I’ve been working on a game for a while called Dead Century. It’s sort of an Indiana-Jonesy adventure Puzzle/RPG concoction. I think it’s clear to everyone at this point that women, people of color, and queer people of all sorts are represented pretty poorly in modern video games. To that end, I’m making an effort to “be the change” I want to see. The biggest example being that the player can choose from three different appearances for each of their characters, each with a different gender and ethnic background. It’s mostly a cosmetic difference but it’s my little contribution to what I hope will soon become a larger thing in the video game world. Oh there are also some gay kisses and badass ladies.
Anyway, if that sounds like a good idea, you can check it out here or just retumbl, which is free!
